StudentNet Support

StudentNet CD's are available in the Information Technology Office in lower Cosgrove or from your RA. The CDs cover basic configuration and troubleshooting steps to get your computer onto our network. We have also created a security jump start page and a section on virus and spyware removal. The CD is updated regularly so you have the most up-to-date information and software to combat your computer problems.

Information Technology is responsible for active ports in each room; we are unable to support individual student hardware or software problems.  Because of this limitation, it would be extremely beneficial to view and follow our security information. You will find many helpful hints on safe-guarding your computer.
